So, how does it work?
Candidates upload their CV with their aspirations to the future job (salary, seniority, function, sector, location, etc.). All in all takes about ~2 minutes.
Recruiters on the other hand side filter by these criterias & their needs based on the current vacancies and filter for a shortlist of highly relevant candidates. They can now only write those candidates which are most relevant to the startup’s current needs.
No more time and money waste on conservative hiring methods by drafting a job post, making it available, waiting & collecting (up to 6+ weeks), refusing ~95% irrelevant candidates (adding on time waste) — and then finally selecting a shortlist to be contacted.
